Today it begins!

New to this so I am looking for a nutritional plan...or a diet plan...I can handle the exercise but its what to eat and what not to eat that gets me...I don't eat alot, but I don't loose weight either. My husband says I need to eat more...Some guidance is what I need...I open for suggestions...

    Your husband is right! -Just don't tell him ;) Small meals frequently are better for your metabolism that 3 large ones or skipping meals. Eat healthy carbs, but try to eat the bulk of them in the morning and less in the evening. By healthy I mean fruit, vegetables, whole grains etc. What not to eat? Processed food, white bread, white pasta, white rice, fake food like cheese slices, fast food of any kind, junk food, sugary desserts etc.

    eat protien at every meal, then fill up on fresh fruits and vegetables. fish, chicken, yougert, cottage cheese, turkey are all good sources of protien
