Day 3 of 56.
Today I felt a bit tired after 10 minutes of lifting even though I ate more than normal. Core workout was a waste of time coz I wasn't really able to keep form, was just going with the momentum. I think I will move all my core stuff to Sunday Pilates class and eat a bit closer to workout time 3pm instead of 2pm.
No cardio - day off.
Eats:
-5 balanced meals + cheat meal (immediate stomach ache and put me over my max caloric intake)
-All supplements
-14 cups of water
4:15 PM - Weights: Chest, Triceps, Core
Flat Barbell press
12 reps@ 45 lbs - felt so great!
10 reps@ 50 lbs - hard, may have been doing too slow, felt in shoulder
8 reps@ 50 lbs - also hard
Incline DB press
12 reps@ 10 lbs - perfect
10 reps@ 12.5 lbs - perfect
8 reps@ 15 lbs - perfect
Pec Fly machine
12 reps@ 20 lbs - the machine is too big, form suffered
DB Flat flys
10 reps@ 10 lbs
8 reps@ 12.5 lbs
Pushups on SB - 8reps
on knees - 4reps
another set on knees - 12 reps
-Effort level 10!
**Next time do regular pushups
45 degree french curls
12 reps@ 9 lbs
10 reps@ 25 lbs - hard! grabbed wrong bar by mistake
8 reps@ 25 lbs - much better
