Time is flying...dang these squat days sure don't feel like once a week.

Cindy and Josie made it...Maricela still in Vegas. If not for these two counting on me I probably would have flaked, at least for a morning workout. My younger daughter turned 21 yesterday and called me at 9:45 p.m. to invite me to party at a local bar with her and her friends. I so would have done it...and feel guilty for having to turn her down...if I didn't have a 5:15 a.m. appt. with my partners. Her dad got to take her to dinner, so hopefully I'll get to meet her for lunch today.
Warmup squats: 3x10 sets, no weight, normal, wide and narrow stance
Barbell Squats: 4 sets, 15x95,12x105,10x115,8x115
Sumo squats: 3 sets, 12x85,10x90,8x95
Sissy squats; 12x10,10x10,8x10
Front squats: 12x75,10x85,8x85
Had time for a little stretching.
A little weak today on those last sets of regular and sumo squats. On the front squats I was having trouble finding a comfortable hand position that didn't tweak my wrist. The pain in my wrist limited me more than anything. Not sure what I'm doing wrong. Anyway, I'm blaming my failures on the fact that I'm technically still recovering from the cold I had over the weekend. There.
