Thursday - the plan

Hooray for day two! Especially the Before we Begin part - it always feels so optimistic. Still a bit stiff from yesterday, even using no weight the repititions of the muscle movement as this old body stiff, or am I always stiff, that too. I slept well last night, as well as two cats, an old dog and hot flashes will alow me. Mr. Fitbit said I burned 2,500 calories yesterday, my Fitness Pal says I ate 1,700 so that sounds pretty good. I still had to get up and eat part of a yogurt at 2 because I was hungry but I think that's okay too, it's part of the calories I count at breakfast.
So today I have planned Zumba {1} with Liz, last time she beat my butt, but I am going to try again. Modify! like it's a new idea.... o well, I like the music and I rarely feel like I am the slowest one there. Then we have yoga for an hour. One would expect this to be easy, but she is tough! Two straight hours of that, a quick trip to kroger (again) then it's home for shower and rest because to night we have a Reiki Reunion! Hooray, so there will be gentle yoga and healing! 
All this will make tomorrow and even brighter day!

    Three hours later, I burned 500 calories and completed the two classes, I am tired but still hopeful that I will get it all done today!
