worked out Back and biceps
hammer curls 4sets of 10 immediately following 5 normal curls for a big burn.
ezbar curl 4 sets added 3 5lb weigts lifted 10 and dropped 5lbs did 7 more dropped 5lb and did another 7. ouch.
pulldowns 4sets of 12
hyperextention 4 sets 10lbweight
3 different ab routines 4 sets.
got on here this morning and printed out some recipes and the list of foods for the 4 month challenge. also printed out the routine for the first set of workouts on the challenge. I think im ready for a set workout instead of me just going to the gym to do whatever i want. :)
