EXERCISES:
Deep Squats - 8x135, 10x135, 8x135, 6x135
Hack Squats - 8x50, 10x50, 10x50, 12x50
Leg Extensions - 8x30, 10x30, 10x30, 14x20
Leg Curls - 12x90, 7x100, 8x90, 8x90
NOTES:
-Leg Extensions feel very weak, legs feel shaky and not able to fully extend even w/ light weight
-High Note - Concentration very high today!!!
-Bad Note - Left wallet in car had to leave gym early so i could avoid theft :(
