THIS IS THE YEAR

2018... just like every other year I spent January 1st writing out my goals for the year, but this year it was different. I actually know that I will achieve these goals. To hold myself accountable for these targets, I will write them here. 
  1. Drink more water, we all know that we never drink enough so this year I will try to drink 2 litres of water a day
  2. Smile more, although life can be difficult smiling can make any situation better
  3. Track my macros, this will help lead to better nutritional choices
  4. Go to the gym at least 3 times a week
  5. Appreciate that although I may not see major improvements in my physique straight away, I must carry on as I am always improving

These are my resolutions for 2018!!
