This Is How It's Going!

Hey there!
I have been meaning to start this since last week and let other things get in the way, so I am up nice and early beofre the school run getting the job done.

Ok, so this week I have been really good witht he exercise and have been impressed with the way I have changed eating habits!
Monday was pilates enjoyable and more indepth than I anticipated. Tuesday Circuit training was excellent, infact I am still feeling it in my thighs, glutes, shoulders & abs - and I'm going back for more this evening. My weight hasn't changed but I am feeling the difference in the contours of my body. Yay!
I have a problem though TRICEP DIPS!
I had the instructor spot me to make sure I was doing it correctly but still strained a muscle. This is something that has always happened to be whenever I attempt this particular exercise. The instructor said that I was doing it right but I was still having that result! Any ideas suggestions or alternatives would be a great help if anyone reads this.

I know for me tricep dips are hard because when you do them you are using your body weight. Maybe try doing other exercises for the triceps (like dumbell tricep kickbacks, french press, tricep extensions etc) to work the triceps and then add in dips when you have built more upperbody and tricep strength. Good Luck and keep up the awesome work!
