This has been a BAD week :(

It's been an emotional rollercoaster this week. Lot's of anxiety, chocolate cravings, little motivation, badly planed workouts and even some depression. I feel so overwhelmed. The problem is I need everything to be perfect. My anxiety has really been a problem this past week. I know what to do, it's just hard to find the right time. I haven't felt this bad in a very, very long time....

Todays Target Muscle Groups:
-Legs - Shoulders - Traps - Biceps-

10 min. cardio (elliptical trainer) warm up

-(DB) Lunges (3 sets; 20lbs; 12 reps) had to do the last set without weights, cause my left knee was starting to hurt again.
-(DB) Standing Shoulder Presses (4 sets; 10-19lbs; 14-10 reps)
-(DB) Shrugs (3 sets; 19lbs; 20 reps)
-(SS) (DB) Front Raises (2 sets; 10lbs; 14-12 reps) alternating with (DB) Lateral Raises (2 sets; 10lbs; 14-12 reps)
-(DB) Reverse Curls (3 sets; 10lbs; 12 reps)
-(DB) Curls (3 sets; 19lbs; 8 reps)
