The weekends ruin me
I dont know what it is about the weekends but I get so off track. I like the weeks because I have an easier time controlling myself, what I eat, and what I do.
Sunday I did make it to the gym though. Did 10 min on the elliptical and burned about 128 calories. Then I did my usual work out but I only walked for 17 minutes. I burned 86 calories and walked .96 miles.
Yesterday I did the precore for about 10 minutes and burned about 145 calories. Then I did my usual work out. Ran on the treadmill for about 25 minutes and went about 1.97 miles. I think I burned over 200 calories. I felt really good
Today I have bowling so I will workout again on Wed. Then Friday im on my way to Vegas.
Last night I did 10 minutes of cardio
