The New Me

Hey Fellow Fitness Geeks :P

I'm just writing for the first time to say ... well, hello hehe

I Just started this new diet with my mom, dad and bestie called the 17 Day Diet, and I'm looking to write all about the progress I'm having. I weigh myself every Monday, I usually write everyday in my journal, but I'm starting to get tired of straining my wrist writing everything down. So, I've decided to type it all out since it's easier to type more in 5 minutes than to write it.

So, from now on, I'll be writing here and letting you know my progress on this lovely diet. It's not so bad. My dad has lost around 37 pounds since October 11 and seems to be keeping it off. I lost 13 and gained it back because I was too lazy to stick to it. And this is why I'm also coming here. To get an excersise regimen that will work to keep it off along with this diet.

You will be seeing many more posts and a lot less of me every week :P Should I post pictures of my weekly loss every week? Leave a message in my inbox or comment :)
