The End and the Begining
I am 40 years old. Taking care of everyone else and not me. My kids are overweight. I am over weight. I am not happy with my choices. I will find my happy place where I feel healthy, sexy and happy. I will take care of me, for me and to show my children and maybe even inspire them to step it up.
I owe it to myself to take care of me. I love me first over anyone. Everyone takes care of themselves first. So should I. Demand it.
