I havent been going to the gym properly for the past month, doing only one or two days each week instead of the normal five or six days :( .. but thankfully today, with the needed extra push from my partner, I spent an hour and a bit at the gym and it felt GOOOOODD!!.. hehe..
Here's wat I did:
>walked to the gym: 20mins (warm up)
>DB Bench Press: 10/7kg 8/8kg 6/9kg 6/10kg
>Barbell Bentover Row: 10/18kg 8/22kg 2/6/24kg
>DB Lateral Raise: 12/3kg 10/3kg 8/4kg 8/5kg
I seem to have been stuck with the same weights for my shoulder exercises. A bit sad about it, I like how rounded it makes my shoulders look and I'm afraid that if I don't use heavier weights it will go away :(
>Assisted Chin-ups: 10/35kg 8/34kg 6/33kg 6/32kg
>DB Shoulder Press: 12/5kg 10/6kg 8/6kg 5/7kg
Again, I've been stuck with 6kgs for a while so at the last set, I was actually planning to do 8reps with the 7kg, thought i could do it, but i couldn't finish it in good form
>DB One Arm Row: 10/10kg 8/12.5kg 2/6/15kg
I am so glad I did these. It made me realise how uneven the strength of my back muscles must be. I did the reps for my right side with ease and with a nice amount of fatigue at the end of each set. But when I did my left side, the reps were a bit harder and I dun think I felt any fatigue :s

I did these with my feet on the wall instead of the floor.. the result? YOWCH!! i so felt it work!! i liked it..
For the next six weeks or so I am planning to split my days to upper body, rest, lower body, rest, full body, rest and rest.
I've reduced it to three gym days instead of the usual five or six. Mainly because in less than two weeks (24th Sept), it would be the start of the Muslim month of Ramadhan and in this month we are required to fast (no eating or drinking at all) from sunrise to sunset.. So I guess I'll only be goin to the gym at nights during that period.
I'm not too worried about it though, sort of looking forward to it actually :) .. Im actually more worried about the assignments that I have coming up.. err, I guess I should start doing them now.. hehe..
