I have not consistently worked out this long since I was a Division I athlete. I have worked out 3-4 times per week for a couple months now. I look forward to working out now. The variations in the weekly workout give me incentive to go to the gym - I get to try something new every day! The program is flexible and easy to keep track of your progress.
Although I have not lost weight yet, I have noticed the toning in my legs, abs and arms. That is more important right now. The shedding of pounds will come the more I work.
