Taking everything in stride

I haven't worked out yet. But, still I don't hate myself. Its all in good fun. I have been checking out this site daily. Learning a few things here and there. I am currently attemping to choose a workout plan. I believe my bud and I still plan to do the Monday through Friday bit. That's fine by me. Honestly, I'm learning as I go. I haven't been watched closely in my workouts since I played basketball in High School and one year of JC ball. I'm rusty all around and in the past 7 to 9 years I've gained a few injuries I didn't have when I was younger. (Work related back issues and sports/work related knee issues.) All these issues will slow me down (till I find the right plan), but they won't stop me. 

Monday my bud and I will be doing a little food shopping and working out. I would like to create a meal plan to follow week by week. With my OCD I like to create and live by lists. I also hope this will help me balance a budget for the food and supplments I will be consuming. Like most I am on a limited budget so while getting in shape is important I can't break the bank doing it. Balance.

Today I will do some house cleaning. Its not much of a workout, but its something I need to do. Got to get the house ready for our workouts! Let's do it!
