Taking back control of my body!
Well, today was a first for me. Working out 3 days in a row...WOW. I really love the new routine, I actually look forward to my workout each day. I go over it in my head at least 3 times before I get to the gym. I felt very strong today, like I finally have control of my body and I'm able to get the results I've been looking for for so long. ALL THANKS TO THIS GREAT WEBSITE THE PEOPLE WHO BUILD IT AND THE WONDERFUL COMMUNITY!!! I will not let you down. Here's todays workout:
10 min. stationary bike (warm up)
Todays target muscle groups
-abdominals & chest-
Chest, Ab and Oblique Stretch
-Flat Bench Dumbbell Fly (1st set: 10lbs, 12 reps, 2nd set: 12lbs, 12 reps, 3rd & 4th set: 15lbs, 10 reps)
-Machine Wide Chest Presses (1st set: 12lbs, 10 reps, 2nd set: 19lbs, 12reps, 3rd set: 26lbs, 10 reps)
-Crunches (3 sets of 15 reps)
-Leg Raises (2 sets of 15 reps, 1 set of 10 reps)
-Obliques (25lbs, 3 sets of 15 reps)
25 min. cardio (eliptical trainer) cross training course
-avarage strides per min.: 130
-resistance: 10
-distance: 2.6 miles
(total body stretching aboug 15 min.)
