There is a winter hail storm so I opted to stay in and do my cardio session at home. I did 20 minutes of Tae Bo. Man, I am pooped and ready to go to bed. It's 9:04pm and American Idol is on the TV, but I doubt I can see any of it. My eyes close as I write this.
