for once. Got lots of gardening done. Felt fairly knackered afterward but the thought of having to post a third rest day in a row galvanised me into working out.
legs+abs
lunges 12x5.75 ; 12x8.25 ; 10x10 ; 8x10.5
hamstring kickbacks with resistance band 12, 10 , 8
single leg calf raises 12 , 12 , 10 , 8
leg tucks 10 , 10
leg raises 10 , 10
