Sunday, oh what a day!

Happy with the workout today. Did chest and biceps, two of my favorite exercises. A little sore from the tri's yesterday but I felt the burn, especially in my chest. I moved up on chest reps (almost going to meet my goal.Maybe the next time I do chest I will hit the mark.
Seated machine flies really stretched the muscle nicely.
Curls were great. Didn't do the 21's after the workout, had no time...Next time I do biceps I will finish off with 21's with a 20lb barbell. (Someone at the gym told me that that creates tone and definition) I've tried it and felt the burn for about a week.
Did 10 minutes of running, aiming to set a day druing the week to do just cardio, perhaps Monday. I will continue to do cardio on the other days I work out as well.
Didn't hit the steam room today (time) nor did my meditation paractice but will do them tonight before bedtime.
