Sunday Breakthrough

After meandering through casual workouts over the past 90 days, and an even more casual diet, I have ballooned up to 220 one a 67 1/2 inch frame.   No bueno, even if I have a wider frame, anything over 200 is horrible (IMO).

Today:

- Cardio: 20 minutes, speed 3.2, cycling every 2 minutes from 6% to 10% incline (150 cals, average HR of 113)

Legs:

- Leg Raise, 6 sets
- Ham curl, 3 sets
- Seat calf raise, 4 sets

Abs:

- 8lb Medicine ball twists, 2 sets
- Oblique side bends, 4 sets
- Ab pull downs, 4 sets
- Ball crunch, 5 sets

Overall not bad, for a break through turn out
