How do you go through this?

Because I am not sure. Different folks, different strokes. I do some research and not just imitate what I see, though.

Well, here is my routine. Pardon the wording. Illustrations/pictures could do better...

After the 5 minute cardio warm up (treadmill or stationary bike), do each in 15 counts:

1. Head
1.1 Push chin, tilted upwards
1.2 Pull head downwards, hands crossed from behind head
1.3 Pull head, from the left ear area, using left hand
1.4 Do 1.3 for the right side of head

2. Arms
2.1 Cross right arm across chest, hold/lock using left arm
2.2 Do the same for left arm
2.3 Place right arm, bent, behind head, and pull the right elbow using left hand
2.4 Do the same for left arm

3. Waist
3.1 Bend sideways, to the right, with left arm reaching over the head
3.2 Do same to the left
3.3 With legs near, bend forward, arms reaching toes, but not too much that it hurts
3.4 With legs wide apart, reach left foot, then the right foot
3.5 With legs wide apart, bend forward, try to touch the floor

4. Legs
4.1 Bend left knee forward, lean on the side while right thigh and leg are spread
4.2 Do same for the right
4.3 Lounge left knee bending forward, while right thigh and leg are stretched behind
4.4 Do same for right
4.5 Forward left thigh and leg, lean with right thigh and leg behind, try to reach left foot
4.6 Do same for right
4.7 Cross left leg behind right thigh, hold left foot with right hand and pull it upwards
4.8 Do same for right

5. Feet
5.1 Rotate left foot clockwise, then counterclockwise
5.2 Do same for right foot

After the 15 minute cardio part of the circuit training, I do this same stretching routine again. Finally, the cool down.

Am I doing this the proper way? Could you share your stretching routine? Would love to hear back from you.
