Still Going

Hello,

This morning did the usually, drove my husband to the train.. But i only was able to work out for 50mins today. Sill powered walked for 3 miles and burned 450 calories.

I'm so tired now. I need to put some protein in my system as Manny mentioned yesterday.

I will probably have 3 egg whites and some orange juice for breakfast. A huge salad for lunch and a light dinner.

Well talk to you tomorrow.
