Yeah, the cold has almost vanised. But I still feel it on the cardio stuff.

Warm Up 5 minutes on treadmill 4 mph 2% grade

Incline Bench Press: 105X12 125X6 150X4 150X2
Flat Bench DB press: 25X12 30X6 35X5 35X4
Incline DB Press: 25X12 30X6 35X5 40X4
Machine Standing Calf Raises: 100X12 115X12 130X8 130X4

25 minutes on treadmill with "Forest Trek" program. 8% grade 4mph max
