Still A Day Behind...

...due to being ill last week. But, you know, I am actually am starting to see progress. It was shoulder day, and the weights may seem light to some people, but I am using the strictest form possible. Here we go...

Usual Warm Up On The Treadmill.
DB Shuolder Press 15 X 20 12 X 20 9 X 25 7 X 25
DB Front Raise 15 X 12 12 X 12 10 X 15 8 X 15
1 Arm DB Side
Raises* 15 X 10 10 X 12 8 X 12 6 X 15
BB Shrugs 15 X 145 12 X 155 10 X 165 8 X 175

22 minutes HIIT Heart Rate between 142-155 bpm. RPM &gt;45 for slower, &gt;65 for high intensity part.

*This 1 arm db side raise feels great. It's really tough, but I think it's working. I did either more weight or more reps on everything this time. Also, I have started to see something coming out from behind the extra weight on my chest, arms and shoulders. It's a nice feeling. I have to make up a day this week. Today is leg day and that's always a killer!
