State of the plan

It's only been 11 days, but I am becoming used to the concept of a fitness regimine.  Thus far I've overcome all sorts of obstacles in scheduling regular, daily workout times.  I'm sure something will occur to disrupt my schedule, but I trust my resolve at this point to keep my commitments to my plan and overcome disruptions.

When I was in my twenties, it seems that I could lose weight merely by an exercise of the mind and my will.  If I thought I should drop a couple of pounds, it seemed like they would instantly come off.  I know I've only been at this 11 days, but I have not lost a pound yet.  At this point, I have not modified my diet at all other than to change some meal times to accomodate my exercise schedule.  It is probably time to develop a nutrition program.
