Starting over

I'm finally motivated to get back into my training. Seems like forever, but it's only been a month. I feel sluggish and tired when i'm not working out, so last night i got on the treadmill and ran 5k. I feel so much better today, so i'm going to be disciplined and try real hard to stick to my 3-4 days a week plan. Just got to remember how awful i've been feeling and how good i feel after a workout.

Weight today: 135 lbs
Goal: 125
