Starting Out (Again...)

Okay, 

Here I am (again) trying to get on the fitness train.  I've been on and off the band wagon for a while now, but this time I'm truly trying to keep on track, and get ot the gym as frequently as possible, and try to maintain a healthy lifestyle.   

I think the biggest challenge for myself is finding the will power to get to the gym.  I have plenty of motivation, but it's the will power that I struggle with, and I think mainly it'e because of the distance from my home to the gym.  It's about a 25 minute walk (or a 15 minute public transit ride - but I'm too broke for that haha).  

I think if I could find a gym buddy to come with me to the gym, I would have an easier time going.  

Day one (today) was all about the arms and chest.  Starting out was a bit of a struggle, but the rest of the workout seemed to be fine once I continued on through it.   Nothing feels better than having a great workout.  If I can keep that in mind, working out should be a breeze.
