Starting out!

So, I joined the site on Monday 2/27 and so far its going well! I have tons of motivation to get to the gym and do my workout! I've always had that issue that I lose motivation when I don't immediately see results. So, I'm hoping that I can keep it in my head that they are slow and steady but that they will come eventually. The biggest thing I need to overcome is the eating part of my new lifestyle. I wouldn't go as far as to say I eat poorly because I really don't. I don't eat hardly any fast food and when I cook meals at home I do my best to make sure they are as healthy as possible, but obviously as most people I'm human and I will fall of the wagon every once in a while. I want a nutritional diet that doesn't make me feel like I'm eating like a rabbit or a high profile celeb. Eventually I know that I will develop something that works for me but until then I will just have to continue figuring it out. Ok well that is it for now!

Today on 3/1/2012 my weight is 155.6
Goal weight is 135
