At 50, I'm starting to feel like an old man. This isolation has had me off all old routines and how quickly things have fallen apart. Up to 197 lbs and what strength I did have is gone. Searching for something to help. I'll give this a shot. The goal is to get back down to 180 and at least an inch if not 2 off the waist. I could barely fit into my pants. Had to actuall buy new shorts for the summer. Cannot get into the ones from last summer. I've got 66 days before school is back in, if it does come back. Until then there is no reason to put off a workout.
