Started The Exercise Plan Today

Well started the plan today...I hope to continue to do the lifestyle change..I started this journey last march/april and was over 330lbs..I had some decent success by watching what I ate and when I ate...Also did some cardio on the Biggest Loser game on the wii...it was goin well until I ran into some back and nerve issues which got very serious...I am starting to heal up and have managed to get down to 269 at one point...I imagine I am back up to around 280 now ...I want to take the next step in my success and start following a exercise plan...This site is so helpful and I am positive it will def be a huge part of me getting to my goal of 220....I am open to any advice and thankful for this opportunity!   Good luck to all who are changing their lives!!   I started my plan today and it wasn't easy but I keep telling myself NO EXCUSES..and that does seem to help focus....Wish me luck!!

    Thanks so much!! Yeah it was crazy..I had went to a chiropractor ...back and spine specialist and the emergency room because of pain...tingling and numbness..Walking was the only thing that gave me temporary relief..The healing process with nerve damage is SOO slow but I am trying to be patient and will do what I can to continu

    About a year ago I was nearing my first goal of 200lbs when I went into hospital over the summer. I was only in for 2 weeks but it completely back tracked me and I was unable to exercise and became lazy with my eating. After I was fully recovered I just stopped being any kind of healthy and have ended up at my heaviest. You have done amazing so far, one thing I have learned is do not let an injury make you fail! and clearly you havent. Good Luck with everything and congrats so far on the weight loss :D
