Started late today. Gained 40lbs and 5 reps on deadlifts.

On Friday I did back and biceps.

Deadlifts
20x135, 8x225, 8x245, 6x265

225 is usually my one rep max. I seem to have become stronger since last year.

Bent Over Barbell Rows
20x65, 12x95, 6x115, 5x125

Standing Barbell Curl
12x65, 8x70, 6x70, 4x70

I've always done too much weight on barbell curls. I finally got myself to take the weight down to something I can handle with better control.

Standing Dumbbell Curls
12x20, 8x25, 6x30, 4x35

Today I did chest only.

Barbell Incline Bench Presses
12x155, 8x175, 5x185, 3x185

Incline has always been weak for me. 135 was hard to push 3 times only a couple months ago. Not saying I gain strength that fast. Most of it had to do with gaining better control and getting over an old shoulder injury. I did 135 week after week after week until I could do 15 reps easily without any pain. Now I can go heavy again without pain.

Dumbbell Flat Bench Presses
12x65, 6x75, 5x75, 5x75

Dumbbell Incline Presses
11x55, 6x65, 5x65, 4x65
