start on tuesday

My weight was bothering me a few months ago and I got anal about it and was attacking my stomach and I saw some progress although it was very slow and my BF was making fun of me the whole time so I stopped, thinking once I am working I will get up when he gets up and work out at the gym before getting ready for work but now it is Feb.

I knew when I went to the doctor I was going to cringe and I did. 157ish  I should be 125-130 and I need to do it. My doctor gave me 6 weeks to see what I can do about this weight so here I got serious. I just wish I could measure myself

So  this week I started the moderate at home work out  on Tues
Thursday I did the 6min fit test on my cell
Friday I did 20 mins of cardio but it was not worth it
today I did the home workout followed by 13 flights of stairs ( down 5 up 5, down 8 up 8) which by the end had my heart beating pretty hard and I had to lay down for a min to catch my breath and have some water. I hope if I do it for a week by the end the stairs wolnt kill me. I think I pushed a little to hard I was just going to do 10 flights but I am glad I pushed myself.
