Start it all tomorrow!

I have been out of the fitness routine for a long time now. Seven years of college, undergrad and grad, thyroid removal. All the damage being under medicated did to me, with adrenal fatigue and crashes several times a year. Six months ago I could not stand for more than a few minutes. Two months ago my resting heart rate was 136. Walking only two miles an hour put it to 148 and I am only 41. I have gained and lost the same 20 lbs for the last four years. Now I am committed to changing my life. My resting heart rate is I. A safe zone now...94bpm. I can start. I hope it lowers as I get in shape again.
