Weight 150

S: Improve functional strength after illness. Improve muscle tone. Drop 10 lbs.
M: Work up to 20lb reistance bands.
A: Follow freetrainers workout. Cut down on snacks. Do occassional yoga.
R: Acheived this goal last year prior to illness relapse/sciatica flare-up.
T: Use 20lb bands by March 2019
