Sore...Sore...Sore!!!

Okay, so you wouldn't expect a couple of months (sorry) off would make me so sore coming back. Or feel as weak. But, hey...they do and did!! I got back on the horse Sunday afternoon with this:

Bench Press: 12X95, 10X105, 8X115, 3X115, 6X95
Flat DB Press: 9X25
DB Shoulder Press: 9X20, 6X20, 5X20, 4X20, 8X15
Bentover Raise: 12X15
Wide Grip Pulldowns: 12X90, 10X100, 8X100, 6X110, 12X80
1 Arm DB Rows: 12X25
Close Grip Press Downs: 12X50, 10X50, 5X60, 3X60, 12X40
Bench Dips: 3 (Yes...only 3! Ugh)
Standing BB Curls: 12X40, 7X40, 4X50, 4X50, 9X30
Hammer Curls: 4X15

Yesterday was 25 Min of HIIT.

Today is leg day. I woke up at 5:30am today with a raging headache and it almost became a migrane. Needless to say, I won't be at the gym until tonight. I really dislike going at night. Too many people. In the morning it's not crowded and fairly peaceful. Well, except for the music! I'll get there tonight and get it done. I can do this thing. I have to...I'm sick of carrying around the extra weight.
