Sore Sore Sore
OMG! I did my leg work out yesterday and I am feeling it. Not as bad as I thought but I feel it. I just figure out what exercises I need to do to tone up my rear end. :) lol!
After reveiwing my workout routine again. I will be going to the Gym on Weds and Thurs. Those require a bench and machine exercise.
I still do not feel well enough to go outside and walk or run. Hopefully today I will be better.
I need to start eating healthier again. I did it before, but it seems harder this time around.
I think the problem is, my husband. lol! MEN! Joking! :)
No really, he is wanting to lose weight, because he wants a six pack, but he hates doing abdominal exercises and he refuses to give up his chocolate, and diet coke. I told him the chocolate and binge eating is what is kiling him. He is in the military and always misses breakfast and sometimes he misses lunch so when he comes home for dinner he eats anything. I told him to take snacks to work and do not eat after a certain time at the end of the day. He will eat until he goes to bed.
Just thought I would vent.
