Sore but great

Hello you all.. Well it's the 2nd day since i started home workout and i felt my muscles sore from yesturday but i pushed myself to finish all of them and all i can say is wow, I've also been going for an hr walk each day.. I may be sore but i have more energy and feel great about myself.. I've been watching what i've been eating and drinking.. Had a nice healthy bowl of turkey spegetti sauce and brown toast, also been drinking alot of water.. I fond some really good motivaton quotes. I put a new one up each day as my wall paper and i've got sum on my walls. Well thanks for listening.. Have a good day.
