Sometimes change has to happen slowly.

I want change to happen FAST, but no matter what I do ... it happens slowly. I lose focus easily on just about everything. Not just on things I hate doing, but also things I enjoy. Very forgetful. I get fustrated easily too. I haven't been in the working out mind set in years. Really. Last time I really cared about chugging protein shakes, counting reps/sets, watching my food intake, etc  was back in 2002. When I was playing college ball. Back then I had more time. I just focused on schooling, basketball practice, basetball games and I worked part time. I didn't have much on a life outside of school and basketball, but I loved it. Now I just can't seem to find much joy in my daily routine. Most of the issue is "time". I can't seem to really get anything done. I have lots of things I want to accomplish, but nothing gets done. It ranges from getting enough sleep, cleaning, cooking a good meal and working out long enough. Another issue is my injuries. I hurt my knee and back a few times, so I really don't know what is good and bad for my knee and back. I do have some appointments lined up to speak with a few specialists at the end of the month. So that should help.
I have to cut this short, but I hope to finish the post later.
