 Did a tricep workout (reverse pulldowns) it burned. Nice workout though. I did this yesterday but I am writing it in today as I was extremely exhausted to do so last night. Worked on my abs using the 1lbs method. There is one thing though...once I reach 99 I realize I cant enter a 3 digit number into the space. I decided to change the weight level to a 2 once I pass a hundred. And so on and so forth as I pass 200. Good workout all in all. Thanks for the tip, princesslodgey.
