So not so good over the weekend

Ok so the weekend came and went and I was not so good.
Firstly I did not exercise at all on Saturday.  I was so sore from weights on Friday that I could hardly walk.  So I sat on my butt.- NOT GOOD.
I also decided to make anzac biscuits for lunches for my daughter this week.  This was dangerous.  I ended up not only eating the mixure as I was making them but I also pigged out on 3 biscuits once they were cooked.  DREADFUL!!!

So I have learnt my lesson- do not bake ever again!!!   or until I feel like I am strong enough to resist temptation.

Sunday I was back on track and feeling good.  I managed to make my muscles move and did a 5km run. 

Feeling much better today.  I am motivated again. 

I am ok about having these days when I cave as long as I learn from them.  Next week for lunches I am making vegemite and cheese scrolls so that I definately will not be tempted to eat them- but my daughter loves them. Win Win!!
