So it's Day 1 :)

So I started off with some bad for you (I'm sure) cereal and milk. There's no real plus side to that since I don't like milk. But being on campus, my food choices are limited and I had already bought thos groceries; I don't want to just waste them.... I think maybe, I'lll pace them out so that I can have a "treat" every other day or something and I'm not wasting the money I spent last week. Sadly, though, that's not a very good start is it? But that's ok because I have a nice little healthy regimen fixed up for today. :) Hope everybody else is planning on having a great day :)
