well i know i have not posted in a while but rest assured i have not missed a single day in the gym. and much to my surprise i have not craved any junk food at all. I have entered week 4 and the results have been great. i have dropped in weight from 225 to 200 and i have been able to gain muscle mass. I have been running everyday and now am back to running 2 miles in 16 min. not that great yet but much improved. well i don't know if i will be able to post much longer i am being sent to the mideast, I am in the AF. be back in 4 months wish me luck.
