I am super excited to say that I finally hit a size 14. This is the first time I have ever been this small since I had my oldest child, over 11 years ago.
I can wear a size L but feel more comfortable in some XL. My confidence level is HUGE! No I am being proud but I am the happiest I have been in a long time.
For those who feel that loosing weight is to difficult, don't give up on yourself. It took me baby steps to get where I am at now. I still struggle but I know I have worked TOO hard to give up. You can do this! Just believe in yourself.
