Signing up

Today is sunday, Feburary 26, 2012. I have just signed up to Freetrainers.com and am feeling pretty good about my decision. I set up an exercise plan for a home workout routine that I do monday through friday. I am going try to get at least 30 minutes of exercise every weekday. For the weekends I am going to do an aerboics routine that I have on DVD. I hope this new routine will help me to get on track for my new healthy life. I am pretty disgusted looking at myself in the mirror now a days. I am an 18 year male that is 5 foot 10 and weighs 300 pounds. THAT is not healthy :( But I am getting the strength and motivation up to change that. Hopefully by follwing this site and keeping a FLog on my progress, I will a change for the better.
