have made a commitment to add weight training to my routine... reading through the info i realise that it is not enough just to run 3 times a week... muscle burns more claories etc...
so - the program does not start until next monday... but I will follow the free program for week one I printed out yesterday before signing up....
Monday - Ran 4km 26 minutes - Walked home from work 15minues and worked to and from dance class..
Tuesday - 10 minutes on the bike
Leg Extentions 20kg 16/14/12/12
Single Machine leg Curls 10kg 16/14/12
MAchine Press 10kg 20/12/10/8
One arm cross cable laterals 15kg 20/14/12/10
3 Sets of 20 Sit ups
Going to go for a run at lunchtime today. Feel motivated and have commited to 12 week program.
