Shoulds and triceps. Blasted triceps!

I went up in weight from last week on shoulders but kept falling a couple reps short. That's ok because I'm sure to get it next week! Trceps on the other hand were really into today. The pump was great and my horseshoes were swollen throughout the entire movements. Awesome workout.
Seated Dumbbell Presses
18x45, 6x55, 6x55, 4x55 target 20/8/6/4
Military Presses
11x95, 6x105, 4x105, 4x105 target 12/8/6/4
Standing Lateral Raises
20x10, 14x15, 12x15, 10x20 target 20/14/12/10
Close Grip Presses
16x115, 9x145, 7x155, 4x165 target 16/8/6/4
Had to have an assist on last rep of last set.
Lying Triceps Extensions
12x65, 8x75, 6x75, 4x75
