Week 2 is coming to an end. Tomorrow is leg day, and then I get a break from everything. Thing is, I don't want a break, but will take one anyway. For some reason; lifting, eating, supplmenting, and sleeping is all I have on my mind. I guess you could say, I'm focused. Actually feeling, and seeing a difference. Macros have been either right on, or within 5%. Calorie intake was upped this week do to the extra cardio. Come on week 3!!!!!!!!!
