Man do I need to get a blender. Could hardly stir up the PWO drink. Starting to get use to waking up at 5 am to start all this stuff. RPR is holding steady, sleeping deep, but having some strange dreams; must be the ZMA. Did 25 min. on stationary bike at noon, my body was searching for some carbs, so, I stirred up another PWO drink. Felt a difference in about 2 minutes. Soreness from workouts disappeared after adding extra glutamine(amazing). Not sure if glutamine is the reason, but I noticed a hell of a difference the next morning after taking it before bed. ???Creatine??? Not sure if I am going to start adding that in. Need to do a little more research.
