Had meant to do shoulders with my leg day but wasn't to be.

10 min warm-up on rower

2x1 min on grappler (good warm-up for delts/tris)

Front fly, front raise, upright row 3x12@4
(varied the order each set)
DB shrug 3x12@8

45 mins cardio class in Body Pump (aerobic weight training).
