Well, nothing like getting through a workout with the beginnings of a migrane. I drove home afterwards barely able to see the road. Thank goodness for low traffic.
Warm Up: 5 minutes 4 mph 3% grade
Machine Shoulder Press: 65X15 70X12 75X10 80X8
Standing Lateral DB Raises: 10X14 12.5X12 15X7 15X6
Seated Calf Raises: 90X12 115X12 125X10 140X8
25 Minutes on treadmill Forest Walk Program 3.8 mph 11% grade
